- It can sync across multiple devices. If you delete, create, or send an email, this can be rippled through to your other devices. Many times people tell us email doesn’t sync properly. The problem occurs when using an email provider without sync capability or improper setup.
- It can hold your contacts and be accessible on all your devices eliminating the need for separate lists. It’s great to have contacts in one place and share your calendar with others in the office.
- It can be secure. Secure email is no longer just for health care providers. Why send confidential info via unsecured email that could be intercepted or hijacked?
- It can be filtered to quarantine viruses, ransomware, malware and spam attacks. Wouldn’t it be nice not to deal with spam or not to wonder if the bank email is real or fake?
- It can be set up to automatically handle certain conditions. Stop manually dealing with requests, order confirmations, notifications, and so on. How much time can you free up if these things are handled for you automatically?
